Ms. Wert has over 10 years of dedicated experience in law firm administration in the areas of labor law, employment law, civil litigation and workers’ compensation defense. As the Human Resources contact, she specializes in team development of all staff including attorneys, hearing representatives, paralegals and other administrative personnel.
Ms. Wert also oversees all paralegal and assistive functions in the office to ensure client services are always provided in an exceptional manner.

Charlene has been a member of The Oaks Law Group since 2017 and has dedicated her time to learning all of the ins and outs of workers’ compensation law. In her spare time she enjoys camping, traveling, and spending time with her family.

Mr. Bumer has been with The Oaks Law Group since 2022. He began his career at a large personal injury defense firm in Irvine and worked on countless high-profile cases before moving into the Workers Compensation industry. In his spare time, he enjoys walks along the beach, reading, travelling, and spending quality time with family.

Ms. Reyes has dedicated the last 7 years assisting attorneys and their clients primarily in workers’ compensation cases. She effectively coordinates and organizes appointments and depositions and ensures time sensitive matters are handled accordingly. On her free time she enjoys hiking, arts & crafts, and hanging out with friends and her cats.
